Domestic impacts: Australia Post has advised they are currently experiencing delays in some areas due to the current COVID-19 situation. This has been caused by a reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights, a significant increase in parcel volumes and extra hygiene and social distancing requirements in the network. Most packages should still be delivered in normal timeframes however delays of up to 3 business days may be seen in some areas, especially rural locations. For Express Post the “next day guarantee” to select locations is not applicable at this time. The Express Post service will continue to be the fastest postal delivery option for customers. Australia Post are continuing to prioritise these deliveries, they just may not be delivered next business day every time.  

International impacts: Australia Post has advised they are experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. Due to lengthy delays and complete closures in some areas we are not currently shipping to most international destinations, current available countries and delivery estimates are as follows:

– New Zealand: 6-12 business days

– Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea: 17-20 business days

– United States: 10-20 business days

– United Kingdom: 9-15 business days



Orders submitted before 1pm AEST will be posted the same business day. All other orders submitted on a weekend, public holiday or after 1pm will be posted the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option for all customers Australia-wide. We use Australia Post which includes full tracking. The estimated delivery time is 1-6 business days, for a delivery estimate to your location please visit (Note the “send from” location is Ashmore QLD 4214).

Express shipping
Our express shipping option for all customers Australia-wide. We use Australia Post which includes full tracking. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days dependent on your location, many areas of Australia are also covered under Australia Post “Next Day Guarantee”. Click & Collect
Local pickup is available from our office in Ashmore QLD 4214. Once a pickup order is placed we will contact you to arrange a pickup as soon your order is ready. Normal warehouse hours for collection are 9am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Dependent on availability pickup times may differ from our normal hours and we will advise this in the collection notification, we are more than happy to accomodate for late or early pickups where possible.

Australia Post International Shipping
Our international shipping option for all overseas customers, this includes full tracking and insurance worldwide. The final deliveries are handled by your local National Postage Carrier (eg. Royal Mail, NZ Post, USPS). Delivery time will vary by location, estimates are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 3-5 Days
  • UK: 4-7 Days
  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 Days
  • Western Europe: 5-10 Days
  • North America: 7-12 Days
  • Rest of World: 8-14 Days

International Shipping Disclaimer
Due to the large number of countries we post to and ever-changing supplement import laws around the world, we take no responsibility for packages once they leave Australia. It is your sole responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the products you order are allowed in your country and to pay for any duties or taxes if required. In the case of packages being refused by customs and returned to us in as new condition, we will happily refund the product cost minus any shipping expenses and other charges.

Delivery Delays and Issues
Delayed or Missing Parcels

Delivery estimates provided are an estimate only, we are not able to guarantee any delivery timeframes etc. Australia Post advises approximately 99.5% of mail is delivered correctly and on time, the majority of late packages are then delivered within another two business days. On the rare occasion that a parcel may go missing we will need to lodge an investigation with Australia Post, this can take 5-10 working days to complete in normal circumstances.


Redelivery Procedure
Our delivery options cover one delivery charge per order (for both paid and free options). In the event that a package is returned and needs to be reposted due to customer error (eg. supplying an incorrect address, didn’t collect from post office within allotted time) the costs will be passed on to the buyer at our discretion at the rates we are charged. Note as we absorb the postage costs on many items this may vary from the rates advertised elsewhere on our website.
