RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: two capsules twice daily (total dosage 2000mg)
Take two capsules with a glass of water first thing in the morning
Take another two capsules 60 minutes prior to exercise or alternatively,
Take a second dose mid-afternoon on an empty stomach
If you are new to using Acetyl L-Carnitine, you may wish to start with just two capsules per day. Best results are achieved in conjunction with a calorie modified diet that is higher in protein, with plenty of vegetables, healthy fats and low G.I. carbohydrate sources. Four exercise sessions per week of 40 minutes minimum are recommended.
