Beta-Alanine is an amino acid used by the body in the production of carnosine; a molecule that assists in the buffering of acids that build up during exercise. Aiding the balance of pH levels in the muscle during physical activity, increasing performance, and helping fight fatigue. Our Beta-Alanine may be an ideal supplement for vegetarians & vegans, who often have lower levels of Beta-Alanine in their diets than omnivores.
Take 1g (1/4 teaspoon) of Beta-Alanine with 100-200mL of your favourite beverage, shake until dissolved, then consume.
Take one serving per day, or as directed by your health-care professional. For best results, consume preworkout or immediately after exercise.
Please note: Due to the nature and purity of this product some hardening/clumping of the mixture is normal. If this occurs we recommend breaking it up prior to use to help with dosing.
