Dim or diindolylmethane is a phytonutrient and plant indole found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale which have been cultivated for thousands of years.
Dim is not an estrogen or a hormone however it is metabolised by the same class of cytochrome enzymes that reside in the cell membranes.
