Athletic Sport Aminos EAA + BCAA Energy contains these 9 aminos and 3 more non essential amino acids that are vital for anyone training to promote protein synthesis (biological process which individual cells build their specific proteins or muscle) and stop muscle catabolism (breakdown and wasting of muscle tissue) after training sessions.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 9.3 g (1 scoop) with 500ml-600ml of water
Take 15 minutes prior to and during your workout
