Orders submitted before 2pm AEST will be posted the same business day. All other orders submitted on a weekend, public holiday or after 2pm will be posted the next business day.

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option for all customers Australia-wide. We use Australia Post which includes full tracking. Express shipping
Our express shipping option for all customers Australia-wide. We use Australia Post which includes full tracking. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days dependent on your location, many areas of Australia are also covered under Australia Post "Next Day Guarantee". Click & Collect
Local pickup is available from Ashmore QLD 4214. Once a Click & Collect order is placed we will contact you to arrange a pickup as soon your order is ready. Dependent on availability, pickup times may differ from our normal business hours, we are more than happy to accomodate for late or early pickups where possible.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DHL Express International Shipping
Our international shipping option for all overseas customers, this includes full tracking worldwide. The final deliveries are usually handled by your local National Postage Carrier (eg. Royal Mail, NZ Post, USPS). Delivery time will vary by location, estimates are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 3-5 Days
  • UK: 4-7 Days
  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 Days
  • Western Europe: 5-10 Days
  • North America: 7-12 Days
  • Rest of World: 8-14 Days

    Due to the large number of countries we post to and ever-changing supplement import laws around the world, we take no responsibility for packages once they leave Australia. It is your sole responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the products you order are allowed in your country and to pay for any duties or taxes if required. In the case of packages being refused by customs and returned to us in as new condition, we will happily refund the product cost minus any shipping expenses and other charges.
