Christmas/New Year Info & Updates

It’s that crazy time of year again and we’ve got all the info you need to make sure you don’t go supp-less this year.

We’d first like to thank all our wonderful customers for your support throughout the year. As a small family-run business we really appreciate you choosing us and hope we can continue servicing your needs in the New Year. We're always happy to assist you in whatever way we can so please feel free to contact us anytime, all our contact information is on our website or at the bottom of this email.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Firstly we will be OPEN and SHIPPING DAILY as normal on every day the post is available. See below for the public holiday closures.

With the sheer volume of packages travelling around the country at this time of year delays with the post are unfortunately far too common. To combat this we will be upgrading ALL deliveries to FREE Express Postage until the New Year.

Australia Post has indicated that parcels lodged as late as Friday 21 December should still be delivered before Christmas (for areas covered by the "next day guarantee"). We still recommend getting in as early as possible to avoid disappointment, other areas will still be the normal 1-3 business days nation-wide for Express Post.

We have secured a huge amount of samples from many of our wonderful brands. Grab yourself two free samples of your choice with your next order. Please note due to limitations of our website we’ve made these available for free without a requirement for a coupon code. We will not honour any additional samples added to your order.

We’ve also made available a number of bonus offers with some of our products, these include bars, hats, bags and of course shakers. This is a great opportunity to grab yourself a little bonus or perhaps a last-minute stocking stuffer for your friends or family. We do hope to get some time off for ourselves over the Christmas/New Year's period so our office hours should be used as a guide only. We would recommend using email wherever possible to ensure we don’t miss your enquiry and will reply outside business hours where possible as well.
